- 5 Physicians already in this group
- Group provides health screening, comprehensive diagnostic work-ups, treatment and long-term care.
- Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- No weekends, no evenings
- Part time and full time options for 0.75 FTE to 1.0 FTE
- Clinical Hours: 20 to 32 Patient Hours /week
- EPIC EMR
- NCQA PCHM recognized
- this is a non-teaching practice
- Spanish speaking a plus
